You have the option to choose from different speed classes, such as the 150cc Grand Prix or the ultra-fast 200cc Grand Prix.

New to Mario Kart? Activate Assisted Driving to help you get your bearings with the game and prevent you from going off track.

TURN THE TIDE OF THE GAME WITH ITEMS!

You can now carry two items at once, allowing you to strategize new things in races and battles!

Useful items from previous Mario Kart titles such as bananas, turbo mushrooms or the famous thorny shells are back, but there are also new ones such as Boo that allows you to be invisible and maybe even steal another player's item, or the acrobatic feather*** that allows you to jump to avoid imminent attacks.

BATTLE MODE HAS NEVER BEEN BIGGER!

There are plenty of ways to take on your rivals in the new and revamped battle mode.

Wreak havoc in Balloon Battle, Bob-ombs Galore, Coin Battle and Suncapture modes, or take on the all-new Track Hunt mode.

Whichever way you choose to do battle, there are eight dedicated tracks to battle it out on.

Compete against your friends on the Luigi's Mansion track or try to avoid getting caught on the Turbot Passage track straight out of the Splatoon universe.
