Totem, the self-esteem game that makes you feel good and makes you discover your strengths through the eyes of others.

The first player to receive their Totem = next birthday.

That player is the receiver.

ANIMAL portion of the totem pole.

The receiver deals 7 cards to all players except himself.

Each player chooses from the 7 cards the strength he wishes to emphasize in the receiver.

Everyone places their card face down in the center of the table.

The receiver looks at the cards.

He then places the cards in order of preference face down on the table, from the strength he recognizes the most to the one he recognizes the least.

The receiver turns over his ANIMAL cards one by one, starting with the force that least resembles him.

The one who has given this ANIMAL card identifies himself and must describe why he has chosen this force.

The receiver then continues to turn over his cards one by one.

All players explain their choice to the receiver.

Players now choose from the cards "LA" as the receiver's dominant force.

This card is the ANIMAL portion of the receiver's Totem.

Repeat these same steps with the QUALITY cards.

And so on for each of the participants.
