Ticket to Ride - Europe

Publisher: Days of Wonder

Version french

From the walls of Edinburgh to the docks of Constantinople, from the dusty alleys of Pamplona to the frozen platforms of St. Petersburg's great train station, this second volume in the best-selling series.

Ticket to Ride transports you to Europe in the 1900s.

This second installment, set in Europe, differs from its American predecessor in many ways.

With tunnels and ferries, Ticket to Ride Europe introduces new routes, which brings a new element of luck to the game.

This European version also incorporates new game pieces, train stations, as well as new large-format playing cards that complement the first-class treatment.

The map of Europa incorporates more smaller roads, which makes strategy choices less obvious and increases the possibilities of play.

In this game, immerse yourself in the golden age of the railway.

Conquer the railways and try to take control of the European rail network by connecting as many cities as possible to each other.

Start the game by drawing your objectives and set off to conquer the railways.

Objectives represent the connections between two cities that you will need to establish.

They are very important for the course of the game, because if they are not fulfilled at the end of the game, you will get a penalty for each objective not respected.

A player takes control of a line by using cards of the same suit as the lane.

Once controlled, the line belongs to the player and no participant can take control of it.

There are four ways to score points:

By building sections of railways.

By laying down stations.

By fulfilling its objectives.

By having the longest railway line.

The player with the highest number of points wins the game.

Just like its predecessor, this new volume was voted Game of the Year in many countries when it was released.

This success is based on the same foundations as the first part. The game remains simple, elegant, and easy to learn.

Ticket to Ride Europe does not require the first version.
