Massive Darkness 2: Hellscape is a co-op combat and dungeon crawler for one to six players as the Lightbringers, a group of chosen ones destined to confront the growing Darkness.

Massive Darkness 2: Hellscape is the sequel to Massive Darkness.

This time, the intrepid Lightbringers must fight their way to Hell in order to discover the source of Darkness, whose influence is inexorably spreading.

Choose a Quest from 11 playable in the campaign and explore dungeons, battle monsters, upgrade your equipment, and end the reign of Darkness once and for all.

In MD Hellscape, the Darkness is both a mysterious enemy and an environmental ally, as shown by the slabs.

The Darkness plays a major role in the game: sooner or later, even the heirs of the Lightbringers will have to hide in the shadows and engage in a deadly hide-and-seek against their fearsome opponents.

With each turn of the game, the dark marker progresses, inexorably.

New monsters will be generated, but sometimes treasures will also be generated.

You have to act quickly, or risk being overwhelmed by enemy forces.
