King of Tokyo but in co-op!

King of Monster Island is a co-op game by Richard Garfield in which players take on the role of giant Monsters who must fight together to take down a titanic Boss before the latter can complete the construction of an interdimensional portal.

In each round, players roll the dice in order to slap each other, heal themselves, gain energy to buy cards, move around the island, find support, or grab some glory.

Each monster will be able to cooperate with its peers, building boats, offering many actions to the other players or leaving them the dice, to enjoy in the next rounds.

Many powers, actions and allies will be part of the game to leave players with a wide range of actions, by specializing players will be able to complement each other and help each other.

A mechanic, a setting!

On the other hand, the Boss is managed by the game.

Everything is done thanks to the results of the dice thrown into the volcano, he then moves around the island, activates his Minions where he moves and attacks nearby Monsters with his powers and army.

Its goal?

Allow his Minions to set up the Pylons necessary for the construction of the portal.

To win, players must defeat the Boss.

If the player manages to activate his portal, or get rid of one of the players' Monster, the Earth will be lost for good!
