After a century-long sleep, Link wakes up alone in a world he doesn't recognize. The legendary hero will now have to explore a vast and dangerous territory and regain his memory before Hyrule is lost forever. Link embarks on a journey to find answers where he will have to use everything in his path to survive.

Discover the wide world around you

Explore the landscapes of Hyrule in any way that suits you. Climb towers and mountains in search of new destinations and use a mysterious tablet called the "Sheikah Tablet" to see a map of Hyrule that allows you to spot points of interest.

Link can quickly cover a wide territory by riding a horse, sail through the waters of Hyrule on a raft, or hurtle down the slopes surfing on his shield. Link also has the ability to cut through the sky with his parasail.

Fight for your kingdom

Thanks to Link's adaptable abilities, he is able to acquire different weapons to fight. However, these weapons wear out over time and he will have to constantly look for new ones.

But when it comes to fighting, it's not just about weapons. Link will also have to learn to master all kinds of attacks, such as shooting arrows at long range or handling explosives in order to emerge victorious from the confrontations that await him.

Prepare and equip yourself accordingly

You'll have to hunt wild creatures, gather fruits and vegetables, or raid enemy encampments for food. You can even learn recipes to spice things up! New recipes don't just change the taste of food, they heal Link and give him a skill boost.

Link can also wear all kinds of outfits, and by alternating his clothes he will be able to protect himself from the elements or dodge enemy blows. There are plenty of different outfits for Link, from snow gear to armor, but be careful not to wear metal during a storm or you could get electrocuted by lightning!
