Hive Guards are heavily protected bioforms bound to powerful symbiotic weapons.

They provide surveillance in hive vessels and capillary towers that plunge into prey worlds.

The Tyrant's Guards are the ultimate bodyguards; their only reason for existing is to protect the Tyrant from the Hives.

They are living bulwarks, invulnerable to conventional weapons.

Both kits are based on the same body, heads, and hind legs, and share the options for midlimbs (armless arms, or pairs of armor-piercing talons - one of which holds a severed space marine head).

Hive Guard miniatures can be armed with an Impale Cannon or a Shock Cannon.

There are enough weapons of each type to equip the entire unit with the same option.

Tyrant's Guards can be armed with a pair of grinding claws, a bone sword and bioknut combination, or a pair of sharp claws.

There are 3 sets of each weapon option, allowing you to equip the entire unit identically.

In addition, each Tyrant's Guard can be assembled with shoulder plates that have taken combat damage.

This plastic kit includes 102 components with which to assemble either 3 Hive Guards or 3 Tyrant's Guards.

This kit requires assembly and painting - we recommend the use of Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Paints.
