Warhammer 40,000 - Adepta Sooritas: The Triumph of Saint Katherine

Wherever the Triumph of Saint Katherine goes, it spreads the light of the Emperor. With every step, this funeral procession spreads the glory of the martyred Matriarch across the galaxy, puts the enemies of the faith to flight, and instills in Sisters of Battle the determination of Katherine herself. However, the foundress of the Order of Our Lady of the Martyrs is not the only one to be venerated by this Triumph, as it brings the spiritual presence of the six Matriarchs to the front line.

The sacred coffin that houses the skeleton of Saint Katherine in her reliquary armor is accompanied by six members of the Pronatus Order. Each of these exemplary figures of the Adepta Sororitas embodies one of the six canonized Matriarchs of the original Orders:

• St. Katherine, Order of Our Lady of the Martyrs (front): wielding the Blade of the Martyr and the Praesidium Protectiva, this sister embodies the Spirit of St. Katherine. The Praesidium Protectiva was the latter's own shield and contains a fragment of the Emperor's armor. It helps to protect the procession and the nearby Sisters.
• Saint Dominica, Order of the Ebony Chalice (front, left): bearer of the Simulacrum of the Ebony Chalice, a blackened cup holding an imperishable flame, this sister embodies the Spirit of Saint Dominica.
• Saint Mina, Order of the Blood Rose (left, recessed): This sister wears the Petals of the Blood Rose, which are ritually scattered to symbolize the blood shed by the Red Saint during her martyrdom.
• Saint Silvana, Order of the Silver Shroud (far behind): a simulacrum of the Silver Shroud serves as her dorsal banner. This sister at the back of the procession delivers the sermons and exploits of Saint Silvana, whose remains are represented on the shroud.
• Saint Lucia, Order of the Valiant Heart (right, retreated): She wields the Icon of the Valiant Heart, an icon whose beat galvanizes the warriors of the Imperium close enough to hear her.
• Saint Arabella, Order of the Sacred Rose (front, right): she swings the Sacred Rose Censer, inside which burns an eternal flame that inspires the neighboring Sisters with the conviction to spread the Emperor's truth with ever greater zeal.
