- 2 White Scars Shoulder Pads for Gravis Armor (for Aggressors)
- 1 White Scars Shoulder Pad for Gravis Armor (for Sergeant or Aggressor Squad Character)
- 2 White Scars bareheads
- 1 White Scars helmeted head
- 1 right arm wielding two skulls
- 1 left arm holding a chainsaw sword
- 3 White Scars decorations including a skull, hair length, and cartridge belt
