A Primaris Librarian in Phobos armor is a HQ choice for any Faction of the Adeptus Astartes – including the Blood Angels, Dark Angels, and even the Space Wolves (for whom he serves as the Rune Priest). He is a skilled warrior and fearsome psyker, who knows how to manifest the crippling powers of the discipline of Obscuration. He wears a psychic headdress that increases his chances of abjuring the powers of enemy psykers. Like many other Vanguard units, the Primaris Librarian in Phobos armor also wears a camouflage cloak to accentuate the effects of the cover.
