The Rukkatrukk Squigbuggies regularly appear alongside the other Speed Fades gear. They use short-range artillery using live projectiles to bring misfortune to the enemy. The most common types of ammo are ravenous squig, squigbile, and boom squig. The voracious squig bites the first thing it touches, and it continues until it is killed. The various squig-biles spit out, excrete or vomit liquids with effects that are as harmful as they are hilarious. The squig-boom explodes violently at the slightest annoyance, supposedly in order to "deter predators". These creatures are pulled by squig launchers, which squirm between their servants anxious to fire the appropriate squig – in a concert of squeaks, fighting noises and explosions audible despite the powerful roar of the Squigbuggy.
This plastic kit contains the components needed to assemble a Rukkatrukk Squigbuggy. Rugged in construction for a light Ork vehicle – while having the characteristics of a machine made by Meks who use their hammers more than their brains – the Squigbuggy is a kind of pick-up truck with a wide wheelbase, which can cover rough terrain without turning around too often. Its board is home to an enclosure teeming with a menagerie of bile-squigs, boom-squigs, and voracious squigs, under the care of a Grot (who has a hard time managing them). An Ork with a solid build keeps his balance precariously and stuffs a squig into the launcher he points at as best he can. Under the deck, there are two tanks not specially protected against impacts, and saw blades on each side, to shred enemy tires or pedestrians. In the cabin, which is a kind of cage around the steering wheel, are the driver and a passenger. Both bear the scars of bites and scratches that testify to a profession in contact with squigs, with the Ork passenger grabbing the firing mechanism of his squig launcher. As a radiator grille, the front of the Squigbuggy features a mouth with sharp fangs – plus a spur for good measure.
