Grim hooded characters, the Plague Surgeons haunt the nightmare of battle like doomsayers. In the past, these Death Guard apothecaries healed those who could be healed, and absolved the rest. Damnation transformed their order into the antithesis of the doctors. The mere touch of a Plague Surgeon is contagious to the highest degree, and their breath is saturated with spores and demonic animalcules. The whole thing is aggravated by the miasma emitted by their censer and the garbage that drips from their weapons as well as from their surgical instruments. Any opponent foolish enough to face a Plague Surgeon on contact is exposed to the worst empyrean diseases.
This plastic kit contains the components needed to assemble Nauseous Rotbone, a Plague Surgeon of the Death Guard. He carries a bolt pistol and a pestelamus, but his real interest lies in corrupted medical instruments, including a parody of a narthecium carrying diseases, with which he is armed. He even has an antique rusty reductor on his right arm specially designed to remove the genogerm. His hooded robe conceals much of the Death Guard's corrosion-studded armor. His right shoulder pad is adorned with a plaguebearer's head, and his dorsal apparatus is... But it's better not to talk about it.
This kit comes in 9 components, plus a 40mm Citadel round base.
