He concocts clever modes of contamination to infect his victims with xenos genes, in order to alter their bodies and minds to open them up to the cult's sinister influence.

A Patriarch can grant the Biophagus a familiar, a small helper that sneaks into guarded facilities to disperse chemical agents in ventilation systems or in the water of sewage treatment plants.

In addition to granting substantial bonuses to a nearby Genestealer Cults Aberrant unit, the Biophagus is a formidable melee fighter himself, making good use of his injector stinger.

His Alchemicus Familiar lends him a hand in strengthening his fellow mutants, making the massive Aberrants of your army even more dangerous.

The Biophagus is a plastic figure kit armed with a submachine gun in its holster and an injector prod, and accompanied by an Alchemicus Familiar.

The kit is supplied in 10 components plus two 25mm round bases.
