The XV104 Riptide model is the latest in the development of exo-armor by the Earth caste. Twice as tall as an XV8 Crisis, its movements remain closer to those of its smaller cousins than to the mechanical clumsiness of Imperial walkers powered by rudimentary servo-motors.

The Riptide is a new (gigantic) paller in the evolution of Tau exo-armors. First and foremost, the figure is huge and largely towers over other Tau - including tanks and other exo-armor models. Its frame is covered with smooth and elegant armor panels, bolts and grilles. Despite its size, the figure can strike a wide variety of poses, thanks to spherical knuckles at the shoulders and hips. She can stand or kneel down, and no matter what posture she is, she'll be a dynamic and unique centerpiece for your Tau army. In addition to three head variants, the kit includes a range of weapon options, including a heavy induction cannon, twin homing missile and fusion spark gap systems, and a Riptide shield generator. As if that wasn't enough, the kit also comes with 2 missile defense drones.
