Warhammer 40,000 - Astra Militarum: Combat Patrol

A Cajun Staff Squad, made up of officers and the veteran soldiers who protected them, led its elite contingent into battle. The core of this force is war-savvy Kasrkins, equipped with a powerful arsenal.

They were supported by Attila's Horsemen, a cavalry that was eminently mobile, devastating in charge and able to easily outflank slower enemy units.

This box contains 25 plastic figures representing a full force of Drayden's Spear for Patrol games at Warhammer 40,000.

It's a great way to start an Astra Militarum army or build an existing collection, and save money compared to buying the kits at retail.

In the Cadian Staff Squad, the Commander is armed with a laser pistol, bolt pistol, or plasma pistol in one hand and a chainsword, energy sword, or energy gauntlet in the other, depending on your choice.

Each of the accompanying Veterans wears different equipment: a field medic with a laser rifle and a medipac, a vox operator with a laser gun and a master vox, a bodyguard with a laser gun and, optionally, a chainsword, an energy sword or an energy gauntlet, and a standard bearer with a laser rifle and a regimental standard. The bodyguard and standard bearer can instead be assembled with a special weapon: a flamethrower, a grenade launcher, a fuse or a plasma rifle.

The Kasrkins are highly trained soldiers, armed with laser radiant rifles powered by breeder reactors placed on their backs.

They can also be equipped with various special weapons, such as grenade launchers, radiant volley rifles, or rockets.

The kit contains many interchangeable heads, accessories to customize your squad, as well as elements to assemble specialists, such as the camouflaged Sniper, the Medic equipped with stimulants, the Demolition Expert and his explosives, and more.

Attila's Horsemen each wield an explosive hunting spear, which can be assembled with a frag iron, which is formidable against infantry, or a chariot-killing fusion iron.

Two Horsemen can also be assembled with a taser lance, and the kit contains the elements needed to assemble two Sergeant Horsemen, each with a choice of two crest heads and an optional energy saber, brandished for charging or stored in a scabbard at the hip.

This kit is composed of 533 plastic elements, 15x 28.5mm Citadel Round Bases, and 10x 60x35.5mm Citadel Oval Bases.

This set also contains 2x Astra Militarum Decal Sheets, each featuring 597 high-quality decals to customize your miniatures.

These figures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour Paint.
