The Ruins of Narak is an IELLO EXPERT game in which players must try to score more points than their opponents by exploring the remains of a forgotten civilization.

The strength of the game is its incredible richness, since it concentrates several particularly addictive game mechanics and brings them together in an intense and demanding game.

Deckbuilding, exploration, worker placement, and resource management are combined in a logical way, allowing players a complete and intuitive immersion. The game mechanics are at the service of the theme, and this is particularly present throughout the game.

Multiple possibilities

On their turn, the player can carry out multiple actions, conditioned by their card hand: explore the island, search explored areas, buy objects or artifacts, fight enemies, call on assistants, but also pursue the quest for the ultimate goal: the location of the Lost Temple.

The game takes place on a large, double-sided game board (for an even more challenging advanced version) and invites players to carry out their actions according to their resources, leaving them a great deal of freedom of management.

Unlike most deckbuilding games, acquired cards are placed directly under the deck to control the flow of the deck, and artifacts can be activated as soon as they are purchased for immediate and spectacular effects.
