Are you really alone?

In the 25th century, humanity has long since flown to the stars. She has traveled to the far reaches of the galaxy and yet she has never encountered other forms of intelligent life.

While searching the central records of old Earth, you discovered that a planet named Artemia had been wiped off official maps and no other data was available. Intrigued, you set up an expedition.

The first surveys of the surface of Artemia reveal an M-class planet, welcoming to humans and home to a rich and varied fauna and flora. When you enter the atmosphere, a strong magnetic field puts the on-board computers out of service. After issuing an SOS, the Captain orders the evacuation of the ship before the inevitable crash.

Safe and sound, you begin to explore the surroundings when you hear the screams of agony of your captain. In the distance you can see a silhouette watching you.

You're not alone...

Asymmetrical play under high tension

Not Alone is an asymmetrical game between one player, the Creature, and the other players, the Castaways.

If you play as one of the Castaways, you'll explore Artemia using Location cards. With the help of your Survival cards, you will try to resist the hunt for the Creature until help arrives.

If you play as The Creature, you'll hunt down the Castaways from space in order to assimilate them into the planet's biomass. With the help of your Hunt cards and Artemia's manifestations, your repeated assaults will gradually annihilate the will of the Castaways, which will inevitably bind them to the planet.
