A cunning and accessible (and deceitful!) game

Take turns playing a card from your hand. If, on your turn, you can't put down any cards from your hand, then you will have to collect the cards already played and place them in front of you: they will be added to your penalty points. To play cards, they must be within the specified target values. But beware: these values are constantly changing and can even be used to trap your opponents! Avoid the penalties and try to win as many rounds as possible!
