Fortunately, the FBI's near-limitless resources are at your disposal: as the checks are cashed, your hierarchy will empower you. Whatever your role, 4 randomly drawn Action cards determine, during each round, the choices available to you both. Take turns placing your tokens to plan when and how to act, then resolve actions based on their value.
