Regicide, what is it?

It's a particularly clever and addictive co-op/single-player card game, in which you must join forces to bring down tyranny, represented by 12 cards that symbolize powerful enemies.

How to play Regicide?

The game turn is frighteningly simple: in turn, a player plays a card from his hand to inflict damage on an enemy. As soon as the enemy's hit points have been reached, he will be defeated. Each card also triggers game effects: clubs boost the value of the attack, spades protect you, hearts regenerate the draw pile and diamonds allow you to draw new cards. Note that it is also possible to trigger combo effects by playing straights, pairs or three of a kind... Please note: players cannot communicate about the cards they have in their hand.

After a player plays a card, the enemy retaliates! Players will have to discard cards corresponding to the damage taken. If they can't discard enough cards, everyone will have lost.
